Job description

The role of the Customer Success Coordinator will be to manage, follow and track the customer experience from order to install.


This role interacts with various departments across the organization beginning when an order is submitted. This role is responsible for verifying customer information, tracking orders and scheduling delivery of equipment. Common tasks include calling customers and verify account information, and scheduling with key personnel.

This role will also serve as a back-up for the Dispatch/Helpdesk team.

Ideal Candidates will encompass the following:

  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database practices
  • Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
  • Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, territories and personnel
  • Proven Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under Pressure
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to relay time-sensitive information in a fast-paced environment
